The courtroom chaos is about to return, and actor Ravi Kishan couldn’t be more excited. As the makers gear up for the release of the second season of Maamla Legal Hai, the actor showered praise on his co-stars, crediting them for creating a supportive and fun environment during the shoot. The much-loved courtroom comedy is all set to stream on Netflix starting April 3.

During the trailer launch event, Ravi Kishan reflected warmly on the camaraderie shared on set. The actor admitted that he often delivers spontaneous and improvised lines while shooting scenes, something that can catch co-stars off guard. However, according to him, the talented ensemble cast always manages to keep up with his unpredictability. “In two years, I missed their company. They are so nice. We have no ego issues. They are such great artists on the set,” he shared while interacting with the media.

The actor also humorously confessed that he sometimes forgets what he did in the previous take, which leads him to perform scenes differently each time. Yet, he said his co-stars always stay ready to react to his improvisations. “My second take is totally opposite because I forget what I did in the first take. They take care of me a lot,” he added, praising their quick timing and professionalism.

Directed by Rahul Pandey, the series sees Ravi Kishan playing the role of V.D. Tyagi, a judge in the chaotic Patparganj civil court. The show offers a humorous yet relatable glimpse into the everyday struggles of lawyers — from securing a seat in the courtroom to navigating promotions in the highly competitive legal world. Through its comic storytelling, the series highlights the human side of the legal profession, exploring the emotions, relationships, and everyday battles faced by lawyers.

The ensemble cast includes talented actors such as Naila Grewal, Yashpal Sharma, and Nidhi Bisht. The new season also welcomes digital star Kusha Kapila, whose entry is expected to add even more chaos and comedy to the already unpredictable environment of the Patparganj court.

The trailer for the new season teases fresh courtroom cases, sharper humor, and plenty of entertaining twists. With bigger legal battles and deeper character dynamics, Season 2 promises to build on the charm that made the first instalment a fan favorite.

With Ravi Kishan’s energetic performance and a cast that thrives on comic timing and improvisation, Maamla Legal Hai Season 2 looks ready to deliver another round of laughter-filled courtroom drama when it premieres on Netflix on April 3.
